What Is a Lift Service (Furniture Lift)?

A lift service, also known as a furniture lift, allows bulky furniture, materials, or equipment to be lifted or lowered externally via a façade, window, or balcony.

It is the ideal solution when :

• staircases are too narrow

• the elevator is too small or unavailable

• items are heavy or bulky

• safety and speed are top priorities

Using a lift prevents damage, reduces risks, and saves valuable time.

Requirements for Installing the Lift ⚠️

For optimal lift installation, two elements are required.

If needed, BruxiMove can advise or assist you with reserving the parking space through the local municipality.

Reserved Parking Space

• A parking space must be reserved

• The lift truck must be able to park, stabilize, and fully deploy

Direct Access to the Window or Balcony

• The lift must be positioned directly below the window or balcony

• Through which the furniture or materials will be moved

Lift Service Pricing

Our lift service prices are calculated based on the floor level and the location.
👉 All prices listed are excl. VAT.

Lift up to the 5th Floor (Brussels)

• From €60 for the first hour

• + €40 per additional hour

Lift from the 6th–7th Floor

• €100 for the first hour

• + €50 per additional hour

Lift from the 8th to the 10th Floor

• €160 for the first hour

• + €80 per additional hour

Travel Costs Outside Brussels

For any intervention outside Brussels, a mileage surcharge applies:

• €1.20 per kilometer

• Calculated round trip

• Calculation basis: Brussels ↔ intervention location
